Problems Sleeping? Stressed? Eating too Much?


I love listening to my guided imagery CD as I'm drifting off to sleep. It calms my thoughts and helps me breathe deeply and relax more. I go to sleep and stay asleep.

I like guided imagery. I use it to relax. At ngiht for bed I have a sound machine and I listen to the waves hitting the beach!
